Mr. Kunes has just obtained permits to build 2 500 ft X 70 ft. chicken houses 255 feet from my property line. Despite the fact that we obtained 81 signatures from 60 homes within a 1/4 mile radius of the building site, and presented them to the zoning office, they still issued the permit. We are in a race against the clock to stop the construction from beginning. He could begin building any moment. Does anyone out there have any advice or suggestions as to how we can prevent this from happening. Help!!! |

He has a milking herd of 3500 head of cattle. He has a pipeline that goes from the dairy to the Red River bottom lands that he irrigates the crops with. He uses slurry from the lagoons at the dairy -- water and manure!! |
