Solutions
Revise the Livestock Operations Act to trigger an Environmental Impact Assessment for operations larger that 1000 adult livestock.
Require primary sewerage treatment of hog factory wastes including aeration.
Revise the Regulations for the Clean Water, Clean Air, and Clean Environment Acts to provide a civil servant position to approve charges under the acts.
Revise the Community Land Use Act to require business operations planning investment of over $100,000 in unincorporated areas to be subject to public review.
